My career has spanned big law, in-house counsel, and executive legal technology leadership. I’ve negotiated complex lending transactions, litigated for lenders in state, federal and bankruptcy courts, modernized lending processes and operations, and led enterprise documentation and technology initiatives. That breadth of experience allows me to deliver counsel that bridges legal precision, operational strategy, and business execution—helping banks move faster, manage risk, and maintain compliance while ensuring legal costs stay predictable and manageable.
